Private, spacious, comfortable ensuite accommodation in separate guest wing of homestead This is provided on a self-contained basis with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The Apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen

The other suites have tea/coffee facilities, refrigerator and microwave. Guests may utilise the fully equipped kitchen in the conservatory.

All suites have cosy wood fires, music systems and television. Quality linen and robes.

The Apartment - upstairs/downstairs

This two-room apartment is designed for those wishing to have a longer stay (minimum 3 days). It has a large bedroom and ensuite downstairs with king-size bed and a single, and upstairs a living area with fully equipped kitchen and the second single bed.

Treetops Suite

Rose Garden Suite

This ground floor suite, the same size as Treetops, is accessed from the Courtyard and sliding glass doors open onto guests' garden where roses ramble over the arbours. Beautifully appointed, cheerful in yellow and blue tonings. King-size bed.

Light, bright and appealing. An upstairs suite with large windows overlooking beautiful ornamental trees, the extended garden and the lush hills beyond. The Romeo & Juliet balcony and spiral staircase provide access to the guests' garden. Queen-size European slat bed.
 

Kingfisher Suite
 

 

Also accessed from the the Courtyard with glass doors onto guests' garden, the Kingfisher Suite has rich tonings of terracotta, cream and azure blue in the furnishings create a warm welcoming ambiance. The room is generally set up with two Super King Singles beds but if required they can be brought together as a Super King.
 

 

Dining Options
Self Catering: The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for guests convenience. The Treetops, Rosegarden and Kingfisher suites have limited food preparation facilities (microwave, crockery and cutlery) however a fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the conservatory, is available for all guests to use. Meals can be enjoyed in the conservatory, al fresco in the courtyard, or in your own accommodation.

 
Dining in Stratford: Stratford and Midhirst have restaurants, hotels/taverns, takeaway establishments and a large supermarket open 7 days. A full list of dining establishments is available in guests suites. In addition there is a top range of restaurants further afield in New Plymouth.
